1. Acceptance

By using FC-OE Publisher ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

FC-OE Publisher is an open-source tool that allows TikTok creators to programmatically publish videos to their own TikTok accounts via the TikTok Content Posting API.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid TikTok account and comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for all content you publish through the App.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any videos you upload or publish through the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws.

5. Authentication & Permissions

The App requests OAuth permissions from TikTok solely to publish videos on your behalf. We do not store your TikTok password. You can revoke the App's access at any time via your TikTok account settings (Settings → Apps & Connections).

6. Data

The App stores only the OAuth access token required to publish videos. No video content is permanently stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Open Source

The App's source code is publicly available. You may self-host the App. This ToS applies to the hosted version at fc-oe.com; self-hosted deployments are your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including failed video publications, account suspensions by TikTok, or data loss.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
